Thanks for your reply and I have solved the issue.
While creating shadow insatance its automatically removed the ports from services and I have manually maintained the ports for both instance now I finished the upgrade.

You should ignore the activation errors only if there is an SAP note suggesting you do so else you will run into problems in the later phases of the upgrade. I suggest you to raise an OSS message and get this checked with SAP as to whether you can ignore these activation errors and continue with the upgrade.
We were told to implement note 2066358 by support and it has corrected our problem. Hopefully that helps with yours as well.

Actually we have an Issue on our Update Requests.
Firstly I want to show you what we have done before.
I have Migrated the System from Windows Server 2008 and Oracle DB 10g to Windows Server 2012 R2 and SAP MaxDB via Systemcopy (DB Export)
Actually the System has SAP Kernel 721 PL 600 and MaxDB is 7.9.08.23
SAP_Basis RL 702 PL 11
no System Dumps or Performance Issues System runs very fast only Issue is that every Day the Update Requests hungs.
in SM13 I can see this
After an SAP Restart (SAP MMC) evrithing is working for this day. The next Day we face the same Issue again.
Where should I search for Logfiles ?

Hello Ced C,
This issue occurs when there is a double definition of the field in table. Probably the field exists in the table and also in an include or append structure. To solve the problem please remove the duplicate field from the append structure. After that please activate the table in transaction SE11.

There are only 2 ways to exit/end an event in a report:
1. Another event is placed at the end of the first event. This will cause the second event to be executed.
2. An event is placed at the end of the program. In this case, there is no more code to be executed after the event.
If you want Load-of-program to end, either place another report event directly after load-of-program ends or place load-of-program at the end of the report.

Sorry but Im not in an Update state, Im actualy on productiv system.
Ive done the Systemcopy whit the SWPM.
Something new I have seen is that in the SM21 it shows me every few minutes this error
SAP Basis System: Operating system call recv failed (error no. 10054)
This error is shown in Windows Application Log too.
I have searched for this error on SCN but nothing fits in my Issue with the update requests.
