1. Any Error message in SM21 log? any dumps in ST22?
2. After installed the SAP system have you define the memory parameters based on physical memory 8 Gb? refer the SAP Note 88416

Shadow instance not starting after DBCLONE phase
Dear All,
i am upgrading the ECC server from EHP 3 to EHP 6, starting shadow instance failed after DBCLONE phase completed, after read some blogs i have restarted the shadow and main instance, now both message server are not connecting so dispatcher got stopped. kindly help me to solve the issue.

Jason, we are facing that same issue... In our case attaching a document to a contract record (RECN transaction). We just applied Stack 14 to our ERP EHP6 installation, and updated the Kernel to 7.21.
Have you had any success in finding out what is causing this?
Any information will be helpful as we are running out of ideas here.

Change functional area with existing line items records
HI,
I have facing a issue regarding transfer functional area line items records, in cost center, cost element & G/L master data level the change has been made with the message control filed, but the old line items record has not transfer in new functional area. does it possible ??

EHP upgrade oracle SYSTEM user password issue
Hello Team,
We upgrading the ECC6.0 EHP1 to EHP7, We are in checks phase. While starting the upgrade we provided one password for SYSTEM in SUM tool. Then due to some reasons we changed the password of SYSTEM user password. In the PREP_SPACECAL/TABSPC_PREP phase we are getting the error saying that brconnect exit with 3. In the log file(ORA_COLLSPCSTAT.SAV) we checked that SYSTEM user ID and password is wrong logon denied.
We are provided the changed password but SUM is not taking. Again and again we are getting the same error. We tried to change the password with SQLPLUS and brconnect, but no luck.

If you are at the initial phase, please stop the upgrade, change the password at DB level and then Restart SUM.

What is the current state of the system, is your Source system up now?
