Hi selva,
With SUM version SP12 , SP13,SP14 SAP did some pre checking on the obsolete note and few objects which being present in the system to minimize the hour of processing.
You will get the SPDD object only in processing phase in sub phase ACT_UPG and that's also in shadow instance.
You only need to take care of absolute sapnotes and object in this sunshine. You don't have to worry about the SPDD & SPAU objects now.
You can continue with the upgrade.

Although I am still not sure if the transport would originate at the source release or the target release, the answer provided by Aniket, that it is risky and we should not use it, is the right answer for us at this time. That was helpful.
Hi Senthil.
1. Step 1 & 2 are possible , Refer the SAP Migration (Heterogeneous system copy method) and Upgrade guides from SAP link SAP NetWeaver Guide Finder
2. Before upgrade you have to refer the SAP note 1388258 along with PDF attachment, From your ERP connected systems(ike BI,Portal, PI/XI .. systems)

Hi,
Just to share my experience and keep it for history.
In my case it was enough to use these commands from OS
SAPup reset prepare
SAPup reset execution
Delete SUM directory, unpack SUM and start the process from scratch.
I haven't started the report because the note was not available.

Hi Rajat, Sriram,
Thank you for your reply.
As per PAM, target system kernel requirement [EHP3] for windows 2012/SQL2014 is 7.22 Ext 64 bit Unicode
(Expected Target system: Windows2012/Sql2014X64_64 [ERP6.0 EHP3] Kernel 7.22 Ext 64 bit Unicode)
Source System lvl : Windows2008/Oracle 10g [ERP 6.0 EHP3] kernel 700 [Sp lvl:200] Unicode
In this case, Is it possible to perform the OS/DB migration in single step from EHP3 for ERP 6.0 [kernel 700] to SQL 2014/Win2012 [EHP3] with 7.22 kernel installed system?
Thanks
Senthil
Hi Senthil.
Yes, It is possible, When you are perform the migration source & target version should be same(Source & Target system should be EHP3 for ERP 6.0). If possible perform the migration in the test / Sandbox system.
