After retail activation we will upgrade all the support packages via SUM ..do we need any special consideration to keep in mind or any suggestions..?
As suggested in above response once business function is activated there is no way to revert back apart from restoring it from backup. So ensure you have a full consistent backup before activation is done. This will help you to restore back to original state in case of problems.
