Hi Samy,
did you initialized the phase or did you just continued it? What you can do is to fill these tables by executing the steps manually which normally is triggered by the upgrade. This should only be done after consulting SAP support!
for table PUTTB_SHD:
Report: "RSPTBFIL"
Variant: "SAP_INIT"
for table PUTTB:
Report: "RSPTBFIL"
Variant: "SAP_PRP_PUTTB"
If your tables are emtpy, you have nothing to loose
