Hi Jorge,
this warning means, that the translation package contains translation up to (for example) SP0005 for SAP_UI, but your system has already SP0007. This means that there is a possible gap in the translations of two support packages.
The translation process is not finished by just installting the language package. First of all you have to choose the correct language package according to note #330104.
After the installation you have to implement the delta which is described by me above and shown in your screenshot. Therefore you have to proceed as below:
SMLT > single click in '<language>' to select it > Language >
> Special Actions > Import Support Packages >
> select all the Support Packages with the red light
> click the 'Go to next screen' (F6) icon
> click the 'Go to next screen' (F6) icon
If this task is finished then please run the supplementation as describe in note #1156507.
Finally please run report RSLANG20 as described in the note #110910.
Please execute it for all the languages selecting all the options (including "force mode"). After that please reset the CUA and DYNPRO buffers via writing /$CUA and /$DYN in the OK-Code field.
