ERROR Batchjob RSVBCHCK failed in preprocessing phase

Hello Friends,

While performing “Preprocessing” phase we got the below error in system .

Per the SAP Note 1083709 - Error when you import Support Packages (attached)

By running ABAP Report “RMCEXCHK” we got the attached information..

any actions required from BASIS end??
